Customer Care Specialist
Due to the global development of our company, now we are looking for Customer Care Specialist, for our office in Kyiv, Ukraine:Responsibilities:
- Working with existing Enterprises (big and medium Ukrainian and foreign companies): customer's retention, relations development;
- Cross-sales - sales of other services to existing customers, incl through tenders held by the clients
- Working with customer receivables
- Implementation of the sales plan, targets fulfillment;
- Interaction with other departments to address Enterprises requests/issues;
- Provision of the necessary reports, suggestions on the product development strategy and work with clients;
- Collecting customers feedback and request for new services.
- Higher education;
- 2+ years of experience in Account management in Telecom / Software / Bank or Insurance;
- English upper-Intermediate;
- Advanced PC user - MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Result-oriented, proactive, responsible;
- Excellent communication and strong diplomatic skills.
