Global Carrier and Mid-Market Enterprise Director

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within both the mobile network operator sector as well as mid-market enterprise. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients, developing proposals, and closing deals that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Global Carrier (mobile network operators) and Mid-Market Enterprise Businesses that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients that are in line with their needs and budget.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and delivery reporting, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and sales targets.
  • Develop and manage business processes to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Advance and track KPIs to measure sales performance, including sales targets, revenue, and customer satisfaction.


What we expect:

  • University Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on carrier and global enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
