What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Global Carrier (mobile network operators) and Mid-Market Enterprise Businesses that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals to clients that are in line with their needs and budget.
- Manage the sales pipeline and delivery reporting, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and sales targets.
- Develop and manage business processes to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advance and track KPIs to measure sales performance, including sales targets, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
What we expect:
- University Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on carrier and global enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
