What you’ll do:
- Build and execute strategy and action plan to increase A2P traffic, revenue & GP towards A-Z destinations.
- Direct and coordinate Hubs Relations Team and cross-functional teams to execute tasks aimed at increasing A2P business.
- Build the strategy of onboarding new aggregators and support the Commercial Team in setting the pipeline of potential aggregators to be onboarded that will bring benefit to GMS.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key aggregators regarding A2P selling and buying. Initiate and execute strategic deals to increase A2P business.
- Initiate and execute improvements of GMS internal procedures and tools for account management.
- Prepare and present reporting to C-level and cross-functional teams.
What we expect:
- 7+ years of experience as Sales/Account Manager in Telco. Experience in messaging business (SMS or VoIP) is a must.
- 1+ years of experience in people management.
- Advanced level of English.
- Confident understanding of messaging business, key A2P players, market opportunities and trends.
- Excellent relationship management skills, negotiation skills, business acumen and work ethic.
- Strong process organizational and people management skills.
- Ability to produce comprehensive analytics, forecasts and reports.
- PC advanced user with excellent Excel and PPT skills.
