We are looking for an International Customer Relations Manager who is passionate about delivering remarkable customer service to join our Enterprise Relations Team to ensure clients are really satisfied with our products and services.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide quality support for existing customers in different countries.
  • Provide prompt assistance on received complaints.
  • Analyze cooperation with customers to provide the sales team with ideas and calculations to develop relations.
  • Maintain administrative support of contracts, and prepare additional agreements.
  • Invoices payment control.
  • Collaborate with the IT team in technical issues solutions.

 

What we expect:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B customer care or account management.
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Customer orientation.
