What you’ll do:
- Provide quality support for existing customers in different countries.
- Provide prompt assistance on received complaints.
- Analyze cooperation with customers to provide the sales team with ideas and calculations to develop relations.
- Maintain administrative support of contracts, and prepare additional agreements.
- Invoices payment control.
- Collaborate with the IT team in technical issues solutions.
What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B customer care or account management.
- Fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Customer orientation.
