LATAM Pre-Sales Manager

Remote Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persistent person with strong business acumen skills who will join our Commercial Department as a Pre-Sales Manager.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing technical and commercial aspects during the sales process to ensure GMS provides the most suitable solutions in LATAM market.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the commercial team on product suitability and service delivery expectations.
  • Analyze regional market trends to determine opportunities and threats.
  • Identify, quantify and propose value propositions such that the customer meets business outcomes.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to customers by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution.
  • Prepare the business case draft and supporting materials for a commercial team.
  • Articulate solutions/services to customers through written submissions and oral presentations.
  • Deliver shoulder-to-shoulder product portfolio knowledge transfer or training to the commercial team or customers.
  • Participate in bid/tender preparations based on technical considerations.
  • Participate in industry events, follow market trends, maintain a keen interest in industry product and service trends.

 

What we expect:

  • 3 years of experience in techno-commercial roles.
  • Experience working in SMS or Voice business.
  • Experience working in an international environment will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the SS7 protocols.
  • Advanced English, Fluent Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
