What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the commercial team on product suitability and service delivery expectations.
- Analyze regional market trends to determine opportunities and threats.
- Identify, quantify and propose value propositions such that the customer meets business outcomes.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to customers by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution.
- Prepare the business case draft and supporting materials for a commercial team.
- Articulate solutions/services to customers through written submissions and oral presentations.
- Deliver shoulder-to-shoulder product portfolio knowledge transfer or training to the commercial team or customers.
- Participate in bid/tender preparations based on technical considerations.
- Participate in industry events, follow market trends, maintain a keen interest in industry product and service trends.
What we expect:
- 3 years of experience in techno-commercial roles.
- Experience working in SMS or Voice business.
- Experience working in an international environment will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the SS7 protocols.
- Advanced English, Fluent Portuguese or Spanish.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
