Managed Services Support and Analytics Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person with strong communication and analytical skills, who will join our team as Managed Services Support and Analytics Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing different strategies to curb illegal ways of completing SMS traffic by using different analytics techniques.

What you’ll do:
  • Ensuring effective management of Managed Services Support and Analytics Unit team and operations.
  • Developing new processes for identification of Illegal ways/routes of completing SMS traffic.
  • Developing different blocking strategies for different MNOs to improve legal SMS traffic count.
  • Training of Managed Services Support and Analytics Unit team for new technologies/techniques to identify and block grey route/illegal SMS traffic.
  • Leading the analysis of CDRs/traffic stats to identify grey SIM farms/Illegal routes used for termination of SMS traffic.
  • Cooperating with different internal teams (Technical, Sales, etc.) in the firewall/network due diligence of potential clients.
  • Cooperating with the technical personnel of MNOs for implementation of different rules/strategies for curbing illegal ways of completing SMS traffic.
What we expect:
  • University degree in Telecommunication or any related to Informational Technology area.
  • Advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
  • 5+ years of experience in Telecommunication, especially in A2P SMS monetization or SMS security.
  • 1+ years of managerial experience.
  • Skills of working with monitoring systems of quality and quantity indicators of telecommunication equipment and network infrastructure.
  • Experience in automation of different processes/reports will be a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio.
  • Experience in scriptwriting in Java, PHP, SQL, Linux will be a strong plus.
  • Skills of working with UNIX, FreeBSD OS, Python, Bash will be a strong plus.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, such as Azure, IBM, Google will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent report-writing, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills, ability to meet multiple deadlines, and manage project delivery.
  • Process-oriented approach towards solving complex problems.
