Pre-Sales Manager

Remote Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persistent person with strong business acumen skills who will join our Commercial Department as a Pre-Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be the advisor for the commercial team and customers to ensure GMS provides the most suitable solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the commercial team on product suitability and service delivery expectations.
  • Analyze current and future regional market trends to determine potential opportunities and threats.
  • Identify, quantify and propose value propositions such that the customer meets business outcomes.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to customers by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution.
  • Prepare the business case draft and supporting materials for a commercial team.
  • Articulate solutions/services to customers through written submissions and oral presentations.
  • Deliver shoulder-to-shoulder product portfolio knowledge transfer or training to the commercial team or customers.
  • Participate in bid/tender preparations based on technical considerations.
  • Participate in industry events, follow market trends, maintain a keen interest in industry product and service trends.


What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in techno-commercial roles.
  • Experience working in Telco and understanding of SS7, SIGTRAN, SMPP will be a plus.
  • Experience working in an international environment will be a plus.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong negotiation & presentation and analytical skills.
