Sales Development Representative Manager

LONDON, UK (Hybrid)

The SDR Manager will lead SDRs to improve cold/warm calling, prospecting sequences, appointment setting, follow-up, and overall prospecting effectiveness. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Team is always focused on the right activities to provide a sustainable sales pipeline to achieve company sales goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Develop each team member’s sales, product, and industry skills.
  • Identify and generate prospect opportunities and take a strategic approach to prospect engagement.
  • Report on team and Individual results and KPIs, constantly driving performance improvement.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.


What we expect:

  • Previous experience within a B2B SDR / BDR or Sales Management role, leading a team.
  • Experience in running campaigns prospecting enterprise-sized prospects and c-suite level decision makers at such organizations.
  • Proven track record of success and achieving measurable goals.
  • A creative and strategic approach to prospecting. This is not a high-volume, fast-dial approach. Identify, nurture, and engage prospects over time using a multi-channel approach.
  • Any relevant sales training certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
