What you’ll do:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives.
- Develop each team member’s sales, product, and industry skills.
- Identify and generate prospect opportunities and take a strategic approach to prospect engagement.
- Report on team and Individual results and KPIs, constantly driving performance improvement.
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
What we expect:
- Previous experience within a B2B SDR / BDR or Sales Management role, leading a team.
- Experience in running campaigns prospecting enterprise-sized prospects and c-suite level decision makers at such organizations.
- Proven track record of success and achieving measurable goals.
- A creative and strategic approach to prospecting. This is not a high-volume, fast-dial approach. Identify, nurture, and engage prospects over time using a multi-channel approach.
- Any relevant sales training certifications are desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
