What you will do:
- Develop Social Media Strategies: create strategies aimed at stimulating interest in the company’s products or services; identify the best channels to reach the target audience.
- Content Creation and Distribution: write and publish relevant, original, high-quality content; develop a content calendar and schedule posts to maintain a consistent presence on social platforms.
- Engagement: monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that’s both helpful and brand-appropriate in a timely manner.
- Measurement and Analysis: track the performance of social media campaigns; use a range of tools to monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on their findings.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: work closely with other departments like sales, customer service, and product teams to align the social media strategy with broader company goals.
- Staying Up-to-date: stay updated with the latest trends and audience preferences; adapt the company’s social media strategy based on these changes.
- Brand Advocacy: play a crucial role in building and maintaining the company’s reputation on social media, driving positive conversations about the brand, and advocating the brand to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: use social media platforms not just for awareness and engagement, but as a tool for generating leads (paid advertising campaigns, promoting gated content, hosting events, etc.)
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in the role of Social Media Marketing Manager for B2B.
- Proven experience with delivering results – awareness, traffic, followers, engagement rate, and leads.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge in running and optimizing social media ads (both paid and organic).
- Be an expert on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other critical B2B social media channels.
- Knowledge of AI content generation tools is required.
- SMM calendar planning abilities.
- Experience in content writing.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with Jira and HubSpot.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
