Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an important element in protecting a company’s systems or a customer’s identity.

Passwords tend to be weak, or they get stolen or leaked. 2FA provides an extra layer of security, by verifying (or “authenticating”) an individual’s identity before authorizing access to a service or system via a voice call.

This ensures that a compromised password alone isn’t enough to access sensitive information, while also alerting the user to attempts to access their accounts. GMS 2FA Voice system will place a call to the user’s phone, using a number we provide. The last four digits of this number are randomized with each call, and constitute a second code the user inputs to authenticate their log-in attempt.
