Roaming

Roaming refers to the use of mobile phone services outside the usual coverage of a subscriber’s mobile network. In other words, roaming allows a user to make and receive calls, access data services, and send and receive SMS text messages in another country. The mobile phone identifies the subscriber to a network in the visited country, and they can access mobile services according to whatever roaming agreement exists between the visited and their home network.
