GMS is a guest of honor at the seminar on Swiss Corporate Tax reform and its influence on international business

On May 19th, 2019, Switzerland voted on Corporate Tax reform, which will have a far-reaching impact on the many Ukrainian and other companies doing or attending to do business in Switzerland.

In order to discuss these developments from the perspective of Ukrainian business’, The Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine, KPMG Switzerland, and KPMG Ukraine organized a seminar on Swiss Corporate Tax reform and its influence on international business. The event was held on June 26th, 2019 in the KPMG Ukraine office in Kiev.

KPMG experts shared their insights about Switzerland as one of the most attractive locations in Europe for setting up regional and global HQs and talked about the tax reform’s consequences for Ukrainian and international enterprises that are conducting business in Switzerland or are headquartered in the country. André Guedel, Head of International HQs Cluster at KPMG Switzerland, explained what changes are to be expected from recent tax reform and what business can do to align with these changes.
