GMS streamlines the transactional message template approval process with the new Viber Template Editor
Our new automated Viber Template Editor makes template approval a breeze with three simple steps:
- Enter your new template according to the guidelines
- Transfer it into Viber-compliant format and submit it for approval
- Your templates will be processed in less than 2 business days, and you are all set to cater to your consumers with your brand-new template
To make the process even easier, you can access the guidelines and educational videos directly in the Editor.
An access to Viber Template Editor is automatically granted for each Viber Business Account owner. If you are unsure on how to access the Editor, do not hesitate to reach out to your Account Manager at GMS!
Viber introduces Emojis and text formatting for Business Messaging
Great news! You can now make your business messages even more vibrant and distinctive by using emojis and text formatting!
Emojis can be added to the message by using emoji codes; and by adding specific markdowns to any text string, you can have it in bold oritalics,
strike it through or use a monospace font.
Please contact your GMS manager for a complete list of emoji codes and markdown guidelines.
NOTE: The overall character count of your message should be 1,000 characters, or less, including emoji codes and markdowns. Formatted text and emojis are not available for use in transactional messages.
