Due to the global development of our company, now we are looking for International Hubs Relations Manager, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Communicating with Customers and Suppliers regarding traffic trading (selling to the Customers and buying from the Suppliers);
- Participating in preparing pricing proposals for the assigned Partners and calculating the corresponding business cases;
- Monitoring traffic and margin volumes, and initiating price and routing changes to ensure figures improvement;
- Negotiating on international termination rates with existing Suppliers in order to win the lowest cost for outbound A2P traffic;
- Analysing strategic prospects for traffic growth (country and/or separate mobile operators); planning activities to ensure traffic volumes increase (for example, preparing special offers for the Customer and / or analysing the quality and price information received from the Customer);
- Providing prompt assistance on received Customer's complaints and requests (regarding the quality of the provided servise, routing adjustment, price updating, contract terms renegotiatingetc.) or other issues regarding cooperation;
- Dealing with Customers' overdue payments and making sure that payment terms stipulated in the agreements with the Customers are being properly kept.
- Higher education (master degree in economics, business management or international relations will be an advantage);
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management;
- Experience in SMS business is a strong plus;
- PC advanced user: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, customers focus, negotiation skills;
- Capability to manage complex projects and communication needs independently;
- Positive attitude towards complicated tasks.
