ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). In particular, for GMS, the provision and development of GMS telecommunication services are in scope.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system demonstrating our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Customer satisfaction is at the center of GMS values.
