Chatbot

A chatbot is a program that can communicate with a user in a way that mimics human conversation (usually via text). Depending on the use case, a chatbot can be as simple as a logic tree that responds to predefined choices or keywords, or a more sophisticated AI that can use natural language processing to try and understand the intent motivating a user’s question and generate an appropriate response. In RCS, these bots are often referred to as agents.
