MVNO

A mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) acts very much like an ordinary MNO, in that they provide mobile telecommunications services to subscribers. However, they do not have their own allocation of radio frequency spectrum, leasing this (and often much of their technical infrastructure) from MNOs under wholesale agreements. In some markets MVNOs use the networks of several different MNOs in order to offer a wider coverage or roaming capability to their clients.
