GMS proudly celebrates its 17th birthday today and we would like to take a moment to look at our favourite milestones from the past year.
As the company continues to grow and expand, we’ve been attracting the best talents in our industry to further our cause. We appointed Raj Dass as Chief Revenue Officer for the Enterprise Business and promoted Amer Siraj to Chief Revenue Officer for our Carrier and Wholesale Business. Nikos Babalis, our new Chief Technology and Information Officer, will oversee the development of our long-term technology goals.
GMS has also been making great strides in the industry, gaining recognition for our solutions and services. We were ranked as a Tier 1 vendor by ROCCO Research for SMS Firewall, A2P SMS (Mobile Operators) and A2P SMS (Enterprise). We received particular praise for our reliability, customer service, technical expertise, transparency, and industry awareness.
GMS continues to work with the best technology providers globally. We were officially onboarded as an Oracle Partner, giving Oracle Responsys users access to our SMS solutions for messaging and communication. Our long-standing partnership with Rakuten Viber continues to grow and we are now a Viber Chatbot partner, providing billing services to manage high volumes of chatbot messages.
Speaking of chatbots, our recently launched AI Chatbots solution uses advanced NLU and context-based AI to improve productivity in departments such as Customer Care, HR and Recruitment, and Marketing and Sales. It can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud within two weeks.
Finally, GMS continues to extend its global footprint. We established a legal entity in Poland and our new Warsaw office expands the company’s presence in Europe, ensuring reliable and high-quality services.
